WHAT IS THE AFRICAN AMERICAN ACADEMY
The African American Academy is a unique international school that combines online learning and face-to-face instruction to provide academic excellence in an educational environment that instils multicultural pride and leadership skills development.
The school belongs to a network of prestigious schools with campuses headquartered in Houston Texas, created in 1998 with campuses in Southern, Central and West Africa. Our mission is to groom academically competent, culturally grounded, future world leaders.
The school offers:
- Fulltime school programs from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 for learners from 3 to 18.
- A 6-month accelerated American High School Diploma program for learners over 18 years.

OUR BOARDING FACILITY
Our school offers a modern boarding house for boys and girls aged 9 to 18 (Upper primary to Grade 12). Our boarders receive more than just three meals and a bed. They are provided with TOTAL EDUCATION: Assisted study sessions, Etiquette classes and a host of other services to turn your child into a well-rounded and sophisticated young adult.
